Engage the prospects in discussions to discover their needs and pain points Identify the business requirements of the prospects Provide Solution Support to the Sales Cycle Design, set - up and Deliver Solution Demonstration Transition the Account to the implementation / Support stages Ensure that there is smooth Communication between the Delivery team and the Customer Extend Subject Matter Expertise to the Implementation / Support team as and when required.
